Refund policy

REFUND/EXCHANGE/FORFEITURE POLICY & QUALITY GUARANTEE

1. Natural Careers will only provide a refund on services up to 3 days from the date of purchase (all purchases of downloadable materials are final and no refunds will be issued). For a period of 30 days after your purchase we will use your payment toward another service for you if you decide not to proceed with the service you purchased. After 30 days any price increases and “restart” fees will apply (see RESTART FEES below).

2. If after 1 year you have not contacted us and initiated the start of your service you will forfeit your service and will be asked to repurchase the service if you would like to work with us.

3. You are required to provide all documents and/or information within 10 business days of our request for the documents and/or information. You will be charged a one-time late fee of $75 to continue with your service if we receive the documents/information after 10 business days.

4. You are required to provide all requests for edits (if revisions are included in the service you purchased) within 3 business days of receiving your completed initial document/LinkedIn Profile revision or final draft/LinkedIn Profile revision. Requests made after 3 business days will incur a one-time late fee of $75. If you do not make requests for edits within 10 business days of receiving your completed initial document/LinkedIn Profile revision or final draft/LinkedIn profile revision we will consider your service complete; however, we will restart your service for a period of 90 days after you receive your completed initial document/LinkedIn profile revision or final draft/LinkedIn Profile revision for a one-time late fee of $150.

5. We guarantee quality work and we will work with you to maximize the effectiveness of your written documents, LinkedIn Profile and/or consulting service. We do not guarantee a job, promotion or other result. If, however, you are unsatisfied with the product we create for you, you may request a revision for up to 60 days after receipt of a final draft (requests for revisions are subject to review by Natural Careers before completion, additional fees may apply).

 

RESTART FEES

Once you have completed your purchase we will try and contact you via email and/or phone 3 times over 10 business days. If you do not respond and delay scheduling for 30 days or more, and wish to proceed with your project, you will be charged a one-time late fee of $75 and you will be charged any price increases that have been implemented since your initial purchase. After 6 months if we have not heard from you and have been unable to schedule the start of your project and you wish to proceed with initiating service(s) you may do so for a 35% restart fee. Once you pay the difference in price in addition to any appropriate restart fees, we will proceed with your project as per the terms of agreement.
